Convention must be read and approved before demand

  1. The customer commits to pay the total agreed value with Pals Coffee Network in advance and can recover the amount of hospitality during the first 10 days since the beginning of hosting and the recovery of the full amount except (the value of the domain name and recover the cost of any transfer amount if any), it is not entitled for the customer to recover any part of the amount in any way after this period.
     

  2. Pals Coffee Network is committed to the preservation of confidentiality of personal information relating to their clients in full, and also preserve the available materials in the leased area and is not entitled to network management to leakage information only by orders from the customer.
     

  3. Account statements are not delivered until after the transfer amount in one payment methods and let us know through the conversion of the client or send payment delivery via email, or contact us by telephone.
     

  4. it is not allowed to put the following articles in rented spaces:
    • Religiously prohibited materials contrary to the method of God and religions .. Whether photographs , writings or acoustics.

  11. In case that the customer has not paid the amounts owed by him , the amount will be severed of the total value of hosting and thereby the duration of hosting will decrease equal to the severed amount.
     

  12. In case of increasing the volume of (Bandwidth) over the specified limit, the site will stop automatically until the beginning of next month .. In case that the customer wishes to increase (Bandwidth) he must request and send the amount for this increase.
     

  13. Pals Coffee Network warns of any misuse of its own server for breaching the confidentiality and security of any network or host or account. Such as SPAM or send large numbers of mails (flooding), which bomb of e-mail (mail bombing), or any other attempt to overstrain the Web and consumption the resources of system such as memory , processor or network by using one of the harmful or banned scripts.
     

  14. Terms of the agreement are changed at any time by the management of the network and the network customers will be told in time .
